Long-Term Residence Permit Application Form
Applicants must fill out and submit the official long-term residence permit application form as the primary document.
Passport or Equivalent Travel Document
The passport or equivalent document must be valid and presented along with the application. Copies of the relevant pages showing the applicant’s information and entry stamps are required.
Biometric Photograph
A biometric photo is required. It should be:
